I’ve had my eye out for a seat for my custom Honda Shadow project for a while now and finally saw an old Sportster seat pop up on CL for $50. Great! That’s by far the cheapest seat I’ve seen and the Shadow is a Sportster clone anyways so it should be roughly the right size!

That right there is a softail seat.

Time to cut.

Got the foam and pan re-shaped. Need to go find an upholstery shop or somesuch that can re-shape the leather. Yay.
